The Tektronix A6304XL is a 2 MHz, 500 A current probe. It requires an AM503B or AM5030 amplifier for operation. It is not compatible with the 11A16, the AM503A or the regular AM503.
The Tektronix 067-0865-00 and 067-0240-00 are calibration fixtures for the A6304XL.
