The Tektronix M187  (P/N 155-0185-00) is a four-digit counter, latch and D/A converter/DVM monolithic integrated circuit in a 20 pin DIP, designed by Don Larson.

The M187 contains a 4-decade BCD counter, latches, a multiplexer and a D/A converter that outputs a 10-level current interfacing directly with the 7000 series readout system.

When used with an integrator, comparator, and switchable current source, it forms a complete digital voltmeter.
