Don Kirkpatrick designed the storage circuitry for the 7L5, reducing most of it to two ICs for the 7L18.
Before joining the spectrum analyzer group, he worked on the 4012 and 4014 Graphic Display Terminals.
He has his B.S.E.E. '69 and M.S.E.E. '75 from Oregon State.
