The Tektronix M136 (P/N 155-0160-00) is a 1.5 GHz trigger amplifier and source select monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin minipac package, designed by Art Metz on the SHFIII process.
The M136 provides for selection of one of three trigger sources.
