The Tektronix 067-0587-01 Calibration Fixture is designed to standardize the horizontal and vertical deflection factors of 7000 series mainframes. It provides a uniform step calibrated deflection factor, a fast risetime step response function and a common-mode input test for both the vertical and trigger systems. It is the successor of the 067-0587-00 and the predecessor of the 067-0587-02.

Internals
It uses one custom Tektronix IC, the common 155-0078-00. The manual calls it a high frequency push-pull amplifier.
It uses one tunnel diode, the 152-0177-00, a 10 mA, 4 pF diode in a DO-17 package. It also uses 12 Tektronix custom Schottky diodes, part 152-0442-00 (speced as matched pairs) in the tunnel diode pulse shaper and in the CW peak-to-peak detector. The service manual calls them "disconnect diodes", physically they look like snap-off diodes found in other Tektronix fast risetime pulsers. Note that there is a typo in the service manual for CR80, CR84, and CR85 in the peak-to-peak detector.
