The Tektronix 155-0038-01 (P/N 155-0038-00,155-0038-01) is a 5-bit current source D/A converter monolithic integrated circuit in a 16-pin DIP. Two may be cascaded for a 10-bit DAC with ½ LSB accuracy.

The 155-0038-01 is used in several 7000 series plugins to drive the mainframe's readout current inputs, which it can do directly when powered from −15 V.
