The Tektronix 5B13N is a general-purpose, "low cost" time base for 5000-series scopes. It is largely based on the 155-0055-00 trigger and sweep IC.
Specifications
- Sweep: 1 μs/Div to 100 ms/Div selected by pushbutton, or 50 mV/Div X input, plus an uncalibrated multiplier control dial (up to 1s/Div)
- Triggering specified to 1 MHz
- X input bandwidth 250 kHz
