David William Allen (b. January 2, 1939 in Kemmerer, Wyoming – d. July 29, 2025 in Beaverton, Oregon)
Biography
From Tekscope V10 N1, 1978:
Dave Allen started his career at Tek in 1968 after completing his BSEE at Brigham Young Unvers1ty.
He has been project leader for all of the 200 Series hand-held miniscopes which include single and dual-trace instruments, bandwidths from 500 kHz to 5 MHz, bistable storage, and one which contains both a DMM and miniscope in one unit. All operate from internal batteries.
Dave was project manager for the 851 Digital Tester program.
