The Tektronix 5L4N is a 100 kHz LF spectrum analyzer plug-in for 5000-series scopes. It features a built-in tracking generator.
As is typical for non-FFT low frequency analyzers, high spectral resolution at low frequencies implies slow sweep speeds (as slow as 10 s/Div in this unit) which require a storage mainframe or recorder to view properly.
It was made from 1975 to 1983.
