The Tektronix 11402 is a digitizing oscilloscope that accepts three 11000-series plugins and has a built-in time base.

It supports up to 8 input channels (e.g. 2 * 11A34) and uses equivalent-time digitizing for repetitive source signals. The 11402 and (later) 11403 and DSA600 mainframes allow up to 1 GHz of bandwidth with an 11A71 with one 50 Ω input, or two 50 Ω inputs in the (later) 11A72.

The 11403 is the same as the 11402A but with a color screen.

Project manager for the 11400 series was Tom Rousseau. The assistant project manager and person responsible for the touch panel and display was Murlan Kaufman.
