The Tektronix TDS644A 4 Channel Digitizing Oscilloscope has a real-time bandwidth of 500 MHz and a sample rate of 2 GS/s, with a record length of up to 2,000 points per channel.
The Tektronix TDS644B has a sample rate of 2.5 GS/s, with a record length of up to 15,000 points per channel.

Features include Waveform Math and Advanced Waveform DSP, Color VGA Display, 3.5" DOS Format Floppy Drive, RS-232 interface, Centronics, GPIB and VGA Connector. Inputs have Tekprobe BNC connectors.

Opt.05 adds video trigger for NTSC, PAL, HDTV.
