TDS620

The Tektronix TDS620 and TDS620A are 500 MHz, 2 GS/s 2-channel digital storage scopes with a monochrome screen, with 2000 points maximum record length per channel.
The Tektronix TDS620B has 2.5 GS/s sample rate and 15,000 points maximum record length per channel.
Two plus Two channel operation allows up to two of the four channels to be displayed simultaneously.
Channels not displayed can be used to couple a triggering signal to the oscilloscope.
