The Tektronix 3T2 is a sampling time-base plug-in for 560-series scopes.
Specifications
Triggering works up to 100 MHz. The 3T2 has a random sampling mode. UHF SYNC works up to 3 GHz. The amount of jitter depends on the mode of operation. The lowest jitter, specified to be less than 20 ps, is obtained with an external 50 Ω trigger source of at least 150 mV.
