Tektronix designed and fabricated its own integrated circuits for use in Tek instruments.

Part numbers 155-xxxx-xx and 234-xxxx-xx ICs were Tek-made.

In 1994, Tektronix sold its internal IC fab (called the Integrated Circuits Operation, ICO) to Maxim while keeping it located on the Beaverton campus. Maxim eventually stopped making these chips because of lack of volume.
