The Tektronix 7L14 is a 1.8 GHz spectrum analyzer plug-in with digital storage for 7000-series scopes. It occupies three module bays. The biggest difference to the earlier 7L13 is the built-in digital storage and averaging.
The catalog says: The 7603/R7603 and 7854 are the only oscilloscopes recommended for the 7L14.
