104
The Tektronix 104 Square Wave Generator and Voltage Calibrator was introduced in 1948. The 104A was introduced in 1950.
The high-frequency square wave output of the 104 is specified to have a 15 nanosecond rise time. The 104A has a slightly looser specification of 20 nanoseconds.
