Motorola 6805

The Motorola 6805  (P/N 156-0426-04) is an 8-bit microprocessor monolithic integrated circuit family introduced in 198x and constitutes Motorola's most extensive line of 8-bit microcontrollers.

The original HMOS 6805 family was expanded upon with the addition of the CMOS 146805 family in 1980. The CMOS 68HC05 family was added in xxxx.
