Voltage	Programmable limit, bipolar, 1 V to 105 V in 1 V steps
Output impedance	>10¹⁴ Ω (1 nA range) // <20 pF
Features	manual or automatic increment/decrement, selectable dwell times, external Trigger input and output, GPIB interface and four TTL I/O lines standard
