Keithley 263
The Keithley 263 is a calibrator / source. It can provide voltage, current, resistance, or charge under GPIB control.
It is designed as a secondary standard for calibrating low-current, high-resistance instruments such as electrometers and picoamperemeters. It is capable of sourcing current or charge either actively or passively. If the voltage burden is small or known, the Model 263 can be operated as a passive source with lower offset errors. The 263 includes nine precision resistors and displays their actuel calibrated value as each is selected.
