The Tektronix SC501 is a 5 MHz oscilloscope plug-in for the TM500 system.

The SC501 uses the 155-0055-00 (U200) for trigger and sweep.

The MR501 X-Y monitor shares part of the SC501's design.

The CRT cathode is directly heated and at −980 V.

Sweep 1 μs/Div to 100 ms/Div in decade steps, plus variable control and ×5 magnifier (200 ns/Div to 1 s/Div overall)
Input impedance 1 MΩ // 47 pF
CRT 6 × 10 divisions of 0.203" (5.16 mm) i.e. 1.2" × 2" (31 mm × 51.5 mm), 154-0699-00 tube
