The Tektronix 5B12N is a 1 μs (100 ns with magnifier) dual time base for 5000-series scopes.
Key Specifications
Sweep rates | A: 1 μs/Div to 5 s/Div (1−2−5, 100 ns with ×10 magnification), or external voltage; B: 200 ns/Div to 500 ms/Div (1−2−5) |
---|---|
Trigger | 0.4 Div or 200 mV @ 1 MHz, 0.6 Div or 200 mV @ 2 MHz |
External trigger input | +5 V to –5 V level; 1 MΩ // 70 pF; max. 350 V (DC + peak AC) |
External X input | 50 mV/Div or 500 mV/div calibrated, variable to 5 V/Div; DC ≥1 MHz; 1 MΩ // 70 pF; max. 350 V (DC + peak AC) |
Delay time | 0.2–10.2 × time/Div setting, 1% to 0.5 s/Div, 2% up to 5 s/Div |
Jitter | ≤1 part per 20,000 of 10x the time/Div setting |
